Absolutely! With XYZ, you can list as many properties as you need. We even provide a user-friendly dashboard for you to view and edit all your ads. You have round-the-clock access to your listings and can make updates at any time. Your updates will instantly be reflected on all relevant platforms.

How can I inform about open for inspection?

How can buyers reach me about my property?

If a buyer found your ad on our website, they can either call you directly (if you provided your phone number) or send an online inquiry. If the buyer found your property on a third-party site like realestate.com.au or domain.com.au, they can either call our office or send an online inquiry. Online inquiries are immediately forwarded to you. For phone inquiries, our professional staff will collect the buyer’s information and send it to you, along with your phone number (if you chose to display it on our site). Our phone lines are open from 9 am to 7 pm AEST/AEDT daily. If a buyer calls outside these hours, the message will be forwarded to you the following morning.

What happens when someone calls about my property?

If a buyer calls about your property, it will be attended to by one of our staff members. They will gather the buyer’s contact information and details about the inquiry, and send it to you via email. Additionally, they will provide the buyer with your details.

Where you market my property?

One word answer is- Internet. Most people now use the Internet to search for property and the most popular portals in Australia are Realestate.com.au and Domain.com.au. Your property will be advertised on these portals with either a Premium or Ultimate package. We also offer physical advertising options like signage and brochures and list on multiple portals to reach all potential buyers.
